After the Great East Japan Earthquake, Nobiru Elementary School was scheduled to close, but it was renovated and given new life. It has now become a space for learning about disaster prevention, as well as a facility where you can learn disaster preparedness and survival wisdom while staying overnight. In the outdoor area, you can enjoy barbecuing and “glamping” without having to bring anything with you.
