Kinkasan (Koganeyama Shrine)

The entire island of Kinkasan is considered the sacred ground of Koganeyama Shrine. Along with Osorezan and Dewa Sanzan, it is listed as one of the “Three Holy Sites of Oshu”. Legend says that if you visit the shrine three years in a row, you will never have to worry about money for the rest of your life.
